All oicè objects are prepared and dispatched from Sheffield, United Kingdom.

Orders are typically processed within 1 - 3 working days unless otherwise stated.

As objects are produced in limited quantities, dispatch times may occasionally vary during studio gatherings or event periods.

Tracking information will be provided where applicable.

Duties and import taxes are included within your checkout total. No additional fees will be requested upon delivery.

REST OF WORLD

Tracked delivery - £29.99
Estimated 10 - 28 working days.
Import duties and local taxes may apply and remain the responsibility of the customer.

STUDIO COLLECTION

Collection from the studio may be arranged by appointment. Please contact us after purchase to arrange a suitable collection time.

RETURNS

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for eligible objects.

To request a return, please contact us by email as soon as possible.

Once your return request has been approved, return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Returned items must arrive back unused and in their original condition.

Please ensure objects are carefully packaged before return.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable:
• earrings for hygiene reasons
• customised or made-to-order objects
• studio session bookings
• gathering bookings
• private session deposits

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining proof of postage, as we cannot take responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

REFUNDS

Once received and approved, returns are typically processed within 5 working days.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method. Depending on your provider, funds may take an additional 5–10 working days to appear in your account. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

RETURN TIMEFRAME

Approved returns must be sent within 14 days of delivery. Items returned outside the approved return period may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you believe your object has arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting imagery where possible.
